Terms and Conditions of Plain Good Hosting

Billing

We require Payment up front of your webspace being turned on and allowed to be used.

Payment can be through; PayPal (PayPal does accept Credit Cards) or Bank Transfer.

The Site Owner information you have given must be correct so we have a proper channel to contact you. We need an address to bill you at and a telephone number and E-Mail Address to communicate with you. If we do not have correct information we may terminate your site without refund.

Billing will be via mail or E-mail. Mail Billing will have a transaction fee of € 2.50 to cover printing and postage while there will be no charge for e-mailed billing.

Failure to make appropriate payments is a reason to discontinue any service.


1. Rules
   
   1 - Plain Good Hosting ("plaingoodhosting.com") provides various hosting services subject to the customer's compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this policy. USE OF THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES AN UNDERSTANDING AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE SERVICE. Violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of the services.
   
   2 - Plain Good Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The customer's continued use of the service shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the updated terms of use. Conversely, customer may reject the update terms by ceasing use of the service.
   
   3 - It is the customer's responsibility to provide and maintain accurate contact information.
   
   4 - The registered owner of an account is responsible for the actions of all parties using that account.
   
   5 - Acceptable use: customer is expected to exhibit good behavior. Example violations would be: illegal content or behaviour, abusive content or behaviour, sending of mass e-mails for SPAM purposes.
   
   6 - Adult content is permitted, except when a minor is able to view it in any case. Any violation or illegal content, the account will be suspended immediately, and damages will be charged for you to pay. European law needs to be obeyed at any time. Plain Good Hosting is not responsible for your content in any way.
   
   7 - Any attempt to reduce the security, stability, or integrity of Plain Good Hostings systems, or those of any other organization, will result in immediate account termination and the notification of the relevant authorities.
   
   8 - The customer is responsible for maintaining backups of their site content.
   
   9 - Plain Good Hosting will do at all times it's best to provide the service as best as we can. We give no money back guarantee, at best in case failure can be extension of service. We can extend services to your account if we fail to provide adaquate uptime, at our discretion.
   
   10 - Under no circumstances shall Plain Good Hosting be liable for any loss, damage, liability or expense incurred or suffered which is claimed to result from use of or inability to use the service, or the customer's reliance on or use of information services or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, errors, delays, defects, or any failure of performance. If we fail to provide service for 5 workday's in a row, you are entitled to claim one extra month to your subscription.
   
   11 - Plain Good Hosting's failure to enforce any term or condition in this policy shall not be taken as a waiver of that term or condition.
   
   12 - Plain Good Hosting reserves the right to send email notices to the customer. We do not spam our customers, this will only be for standard communications with our customer base in case of need.
   
   13 - Plain Good Hosting will have the final say on what constitutes a violation of these terms and conditions.
   
   14 - If anything is missing here, you accept the European Law on internet behaviour, trading, mailing or any other internet activity.
   
   15 - We are bound to the European law and justice, only in extreme cases the International court of law in The Hage can take over. Any other court of law, is being dismissed as being illegal in ruling over our services.
